Ann Arbor’s small, nonprofit swimming pool is undertaking its biggest capital campaign in 65 years.

Our goal is $250,000, and we’ve already raised $225,000 — thank you.

This major community donation drive will finish our ambitious new pool construction and seed clubhouse renovations. Every dollar that we collect will protect the future of this essential neighborhood hub.

Construction has been underway on the new Forestbrooke Pool since Closing Day 2025. Demolition moved quickly, but a harsh winter added many delays until we committed to a giant tent that kept the work moving amid snow and freezing temps. Soon after the tiles were laid, the pool was filled with water – and now, bigger and better, we’ve been open for the 2026 season!

While we said “goodbye” to our beloved 65 year old pool, we are excited about the pool that will serve our community for generations to come.
